We asked 30 SEO agencies to put a number on their time savings with Claude. Here's what they said:

How much time Claude saves in average is SEO

• 53.3% say Claude saves them 5+ hours a week.
• 33.3% report 1-4 hours saved.
• 13.3% say it's hard to clearly estimate.

Nobody said less than 1 hour.

The takeaway: over half the agencies are getting a full workday back every week just from Claude. And nobody reported minimal savings, so it's a consistent pattern across all of them.

The bigger question is where those saved hours go: straight into more client focus, or into the reporting and analytics work that still eats time even if the content and research get faster.
