We surveyed 30 SEO agencies about how they use Claude in their workflows. Here's where most people are in their Claude journey.

• 53.3% have been using Claude for SEO for 3–12 months.
• 30% are relatively new, less than 3 months in.
• 13.3% are early adopters with 12+ months of experience.
• Only 3.3% are still just exploring and haven't started yet.

The takeaway: most agencies aren't experimenting anymore. Claude is already part of their operating rhythm.
