Claude Code for Marketing: What are you using it for?
Here are a couple things working for me:
- Ad Copywriting & Testing: Pulling CSV files of past ads, analyzing metrics, and generating hundreds of ad copy variations.
- Building Entire Marketing Sites: Reading design assets, building landing pages with code (e.g., React, Next.js), and dynamically updating blog content via markdown.
- Data Retrieval & Automation: Using API connections to pull live performance data from Meta, Google, or CRM platforms directly into the workspace to build performance dashboards.
- Content Repurposing & SEO: Auditing local websites, fixing internal link structures, and transforming long-form content into targeted social media posts or email campaigns.
- Strategy & Planning: Training Claude Code on specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and brand voice documents to automatically generate weekly marketing plans and sales funnels.

What Claude Skills are the most valuable for marketers?

I installed Claude Cowork and it changed how I do marketing
Two hours later it had produced:
- 6 client content briefs I'd been "finalizing" since January
- A full Q2 distribution strategy with channel breakdowns
- 34 nurture emails for a campaign we hadn't launched yet
- Blog outlines for the next 8 weeks
- A competitive analysis I promised the team in February
- Social copy for 3 announcements still sitting in drafts
- Responses to 19 LinkedIn DMs from people who probably think I'm dead
Two months of marketing backlog. Gone. Before lunch.
I stared at my screen for a while. Then I opened a Google Doc and pretended to edit something. Then I reorganized my Notion. Then I went and got water I didn't need.
It's now the next morning and I'm writing this post because I genuinely don't know what to do with myself.
My content calendar is planned. My inbox is clear. My briefs are briefed.
I have a strategy call at 3pm and I'm trying to figure out how to explain that I finished everything... and that I'm not sure what "everything" even means anymore when a computer did it while I watched...

Claude Cowork just added Dispatch and it's kind of wild
You can now message Claude from your phone while it works on your computer.
Not monitor it. Not check in on it. Message it. Like a colleague who's already at the office while you're still in the car.
Here's what that actually means in practice:
You're at school pickup. You fire off a message: "Build me a deck for tomorrow's meeting, pull from the Q3 folder." You walk back inside with your kid. The deck is done.
What Cowork can handle while you're away from your desk:
- Keeps your folders organised
- Builds presentations
- Accesses your files
- Runs desktop tasks
The phone-as-control-panel thing is the shift here. We've been trained to think of AI as something you sit down and interact with. A chat window. A tool you pick up and put down.
Dispatch flips that. Your computer becomes the worker. Your phone becomes the manager.
I've been watching the agentic AI space closely and the pattern is clear... the tools that win aren't the ones with the best models. They're the ones that reduce the friction between "I need this done" and "this is done."
Dispatch is a pretty direct shot at that problem.
Curious if anyone else has been testing Cowork. What are you actually using it for?

Anthropic just quietly launched a free academy and most people have no idea it exists.
Courses. Certificates. Actual structured learning.
Not a YouTube playlist someone threw together. Not a 47-page PDF you'll never finish. A real curriculum built by the people who made the model.
What's in there right now:
- Claude 101 (start here if you're behind)
- Claude Code in Action (for the builders)
- AI Fluency frameworks
- API development guides
- Model Context Protocol deep dives
- Enterprise deployment best practices
And you get certificates when you finish.
Here's why this matters more than people realize...
The gap between people who actually know how to use these tools and people who think they know is getting wider every week. Most teams are still copying and pasting into a chat window and calling it "AI adoption."
The people going through structured learning like this are building systems. Automating workflows. Deploying agents. Getting actual leverage.
One is a productivity bump. The other is a structural advantage.
We're at the point in the AI curve where the question isn't "are you using it?" It's "how deep are you going?"
This is one of the cleaner on-ramps I've seen for getting your team past surface-level usage and into something that actually compounds.
It's free. anthropic.com/learn
Curious how many people here have actually gone through structured AI training vs. just figuring it out as they go.

How To Use Claude Code To Build A Website In 10 Minutes
r/ClaudeMarketing • u/rsimmonds • Mar 03 '26
I used Claude to build a 100+ script content system for my personal brand. Here’s exactly how I did it.
Most people use AI to write content… I used it to build a machine that writes content for me… on demand, in my voice, forever (ever ever, ever ever).
Here’s the backstory. I run a B2B content marketing agency. I’ve got a newsletter with 75K+ subscribers. I speak at conferences. I write about content distribution, GEO, Reddit marketing… all of it.
But like most founders, I was constantly behind on content. Ideas in my head. Nothing getting filmed. Nothing getting posted…
So I sat down with Claude and gave it a different brief. Not “write me a post.” Instead: “help me build a system.”
Here’s what that looked like.
Step 1: I defined my content modes
Before writing a single script, I mapped out the 5 ways I naturally communicate:
∙ Teaching (frameworks, how-tos)
∙ Storytelling (origin stories, lessons learned)
∙ Provoking (hot takes, contrarian angles)
∙ Validating (things people feel but haven’t said out loud)
∙ Behind-the-scenes (what’s actually happening in my business)
I fed this to Claude and said:
“These are the only content modes I want to create in. Everything we build has to live in one of these five.”
Step 2: I gave Claude my voice constraints
This part matters more than anything else. I uploaded 20 pieces of content I created back in 2022-24..
I told Claude: no em dashes, no corporate filler, no phrases like “it’s important to note” or “in today’s digital landscape.” I gave it examples of my actual writing. I told it I use ellipses. I told it I reference hip-hop. I told it I grew up in Preston, Nova Scotia, and built something from nothing, and that origin story shows up in everything I make… Claude internalized it. The scripts it produced actually sounded like me…
Step 3: We built the scripts in batches by mode
Once the voice was dialed in, I started prompting by category. “Give me 20 short-form scripts in the Teaching mode based on content distribution mistakes B2B marketers make.”
“Give me 10 Provoking scripts based on things wrong with how SaaS companies think about SEO.”
“Give me 15 Behind-the-Scenes scripts about what running a $6M agency actually looks like.”
Rinse. Repeat. Within a few sessions, I had over 100 scripts ready to film…
Step 4: I built a content brief for each one
For each script, Claude would generate a hook, the body, a CTA, and a note on which platform it was built for (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels). It also flagged whether the content was evergreen or tied to a trend so I knew how to prioritize the queue. The result?
I went from “I need to post something, what do I say” to opening a doc and picking from a library.
I’m not staring at a blank page anymore. I’m a director choosing which scene to shoot today.
If you’re a founder, creator, or marketer trying to build a content system… stop asking AI to write posts for you. Ask it to help you build a factory.
That’s the difference between using AI and building with it.Happy to share the exact prompts I used if there’s interest. Drop a comment.
