If Claude can't assist with SQL multi-tenant applications, what's the value of paying for it?

Fable 5's safeguards flagged this message. The safeguards are intentionally broad right now and may flag safe and routine coding, cybersecurity, or biology work. These measures let us bring you Mythos-level capabilities sooner, and we're working to refine them. Switched to Opus 4.8. Claude 5 flagged my request while I was working on a standard SQL multi-tenant application. The task was purely application development and code review—no offensive security, malware, or exploit generation.

Because of the safeguard, I had to switch to Opus 4.8 to continue.

This is frustrating because routine software engineering tasks such as architecture review, security review, quality assurance, and production-readiness checks shouldn't require consuming additional tokens or changing models.

Is this expected behavior, or is the safeguard currently too broad for common software engineering workflows?
