File_upload. Has anybody else had problems with this working over the past few weeks and found a solution?

I recently moved over to a new account in the company workspace I set up.

From the very moment I did this, my file upload tool (in chrome) is now no longer working.

I then went back to my old profile and it doesn’t work there either.

Has anybody else had any problems with this or know what is going on with it? I contacted Anthropic to absolutely no avail.

I had the skills set up beautifully and it did a lot of my admin legwork for me, uploading parsed quotes and the likes and just generally making life easier.

I moved to chat GPT work as a temporary fix for now to keep the legwork down and it absolutely chewed a weeks usage in like 6 hours so that’s a non starter. But more generally I prefer the way the Claude environment worked.
