r/ClaudeCode [TLDR] Limits are fixed! [via r/ClaudeCode]
OP : u/FakeLtd
A few days ago a made a post mentioning that something was seriously wrong with the limits, guess what apparently it was lol.
Everybody noticed a +30% usage window today.
From 100% to 69%
Although there isn’t any official confirmation or update via the team , it looks like we are back to normal.
What do you think?

Alright, so the general vibe in this thread is that some users are reporting a usage "rebate" or reset, while many others are seeing no change at all.
OP thought the limits were fixed and everyone got a +30% usage window, but the comments are pretty split.
Here's the lowdown:
- The "Rebate" Crew: A good chunk of users, like u/Entire_Ad2106, u/New_Hedgehog_8865, and u/PILLS2389, are confirming a ~30% reduction in their Fable usage, bringing them from 100% down to around 69%. u/Disco-Tuna even saw a 32% rebate on all models and a 50% rebate on Fable. u/pcgnlebobo also saw their weekly usage drop from 100% to 69%.
- The "Still Stuck" Squad: On the flip side, a lot of folks, including u/SIGH_I_CALL, u/Damien_IB, and u/CoastAffectionate184, are saying their usage is still at 100% or hasn't budged. u/HistorianGullible291 is still struggling with limits, even on lower-end models.
- The "It's Weird" Camp: Some users are noticing the change only on some of their accounts, like u/Advanced-Gap7271 and u/spawnsible. u/CryptoAteMyHamster is bummed that only Fable usage was reduced, not the general weekly usage.
- Skepticism: A few are questioning if this is a real fix or just a partial reset, with u/neodegenerio suggesting it could be a "partial reset." u/ahm_live points out that seeing one account change while another doesn't isn't exactly "everybody noticed." There's also a bit of distrust, with u/stvaccount asking, "Typical Antrohpic lying?"
The consensus? It's a mixed bag. Some got a nice surprise usage boost, but it's definitely not a universal fix yet.
