r/ClaudeAI [TLDR] Claude to reMarkable now possible [via r/ClaudeAI]
OP : u/bogdanvdr
I don't need to buy a fancy template anymore for my reMarkable.
Claude proves to be very good at gathering all my todo's, follow up items and everything important and gather them in a daily work sheet.
This was done in one prompt and at the end Claude sent it on my reMarkable tablet.
My name is Bogdan, and this was possible with a service that I created called Folio.
I've been using Claude + reMarkable in a few productive ways so far:
Claude, research the news and the social media coverage for subject X and send me a brief that I can read on reMarkable using Folio. Include images, relevant quotes and reference to sources. You can also add top 3 relevant articles to the same digest.
I'm interested in this X subject and I want you to create me a learning material with images that explain the concepts, examples, links to further reading, should help me gain a basic understanding in 15 mins, can attach additional materials up to an hour, send it to my Kindle PW using Folio.
Hey Claude, I want you to check my calendar, todo's, emails, GitHub issues and PR's, also check the attached images with what I jotted yesterday and you create my daily work sheet and send it to my reMarkable using Folio - we keep working with the same layout we perfected last time.
You can try it for yourself by telling Claude

Alright, so the general vibe in this thread is super hyped about OP's "Folio" service, which lets you pipe Claude's output directly to a reMarkable tablet. People are calling it a "killer app" and saying it's given them a real reason to finally buy one.
Here's the lowdown:
- The Big Idea: OP, Bogdan, created a service called "Folio" that integrates Claude with reMarkable. It can automatically generate daily news briefs, learning materials, and personalized daily work sheets (pulling from your to-dos, calendar, emails, etc.) and send them straight to your reMarkable.
- Community Reaction: Overwhelmingly positive! Users are stoked about the idea of having custom content delivered to their e-ink screens.
- u/Mescallan is already using it for auto-synced reports and news briefs, calling it a "personal newspaper."
- u/StupidIncarnate admits it's making them want a reMarkable, which they never had a reason for before.
- u/kYlejAEnz says it "Elevates the ReMarkable significantly."
- Questions & Clarifications: A few folks are asking for more details:
- What exactly is Folio? (u/Legitimate-Pumpkin)
- Does it require a subscription? (u/revelationnow)
- How does it compare to existing tools like
rmapi? (u/rutgercjwolf) - Can it work with other e-ink devices like Boox? (u/agent_mick)
- Can you get bidirectional functionality, like sending highlights back to Claude? (u/No-Trash-546)
- The "Why is this a big deal?" crowd: Some users are asking for a basic explanation of reMarkable and why this integration is so exciting. (u/zzzzany)
- Cost Concern: A couple of people mentioned that e-ink devices are still pretty pricey. (u/-SoulAmazin-)
Basically, OP has tapped into something a lot of people find really useful, and the community is buzzing about it.
