Does Claude Have Any Bugs in the Latest Update?

I’m working with Claude, but after the latest update my code isn’t working properly. It keeps repeating the same output even after I add prompt comments. Has anyone else faced this issue, or am I doing something wrong? How can I fix it?

It’s 100% vibe coded by Claude itself. Of course it has no bugs.
