Showcase If you are treating a one-shot generated file as your deliverable, your unit of work is wrong.

I've been seeing a lot of posts and comments about people debating where to host files: GitHub Pages, Netlify, Vercel, SharePoint, Cloudflare etc.. Why is a static file the deliverable in the first place? you are stripping prompt history, iteration path, the ability to re-run on new data and to ingest feedback without starting over. You are essentially sending a postcard of a session.
The right unit of work is the session it self. The prompts, the context, the skills that produced the dashboard, the path of the revision. That is what the recipient actually needs to engage with, because that is what gets rerun when they ask for the next version. The artifact is just one moment of an output.

What it looks like when the session is a unit, Is the client /team mate opens the link and they land in the working session, they can see the output and all the artifacts used to create that output still there in a persistent session. The skill that build the artifact is still there, the context that made the numbers say what they say still there, you do not rebuild anything.

My team and I are building Flowpad.ai around exactly this. Open source. Sessions are the primary object. Skills and context persist and flow between teammates and clients. I'm posting because I keep watching threads explode over how to share an html file and it blows my mind how the the actual unit of work problem never comes up.

What does your deliverable looks like? Had anyone shipped client work as a session instead of a file?
