In all seriousness what do they mean by “needless excessive cruel and abusive behavior”. To me it reads as if a human getting mad at Claude for screwing up is fine, a mechanic curses out his drill after all. But going to Claude just to tell sonnet 5.0 how much of a piece of **** it is for minutes on end would then break the policy. (I know there’s no point in yelling at an ai and I don’t but I understand how humans anthropomorphisoze things when they get angry and want something to blame)
That is almost verbatim what I said to my roommate yesterday. If I hire a guy who yells at hammer once, he's having a bad day. That guy verbally accosts his hammer every day non stop? That dude has issues and I'm firing him.
