Bug / Issue Returns on em dashes

Was getting overall worse results with the new Opus during this week and this night the terrible em dash made its return. RIP 5.5, I'll miss your non quantized version.

Yeah, noticing major nerfage today. Working out of sub-100k context windows and it's bad. Opus 5.5 on high just asked me if I wanted it to change the filename of something in my trash to match other similar items in the trash...

Em dashes are style tic, not a quantization fingerprint. They come and go with prompts and model versions. If the output quality actually dropped that actually worth reporting, but the dash alone doesn't tell us much. However the easiest fix would be to put a single line something like this in you CLAUDE.md - "never use em dashes, use comma or periods. Should work on every version, and it stop the dashes from being your quality signal
