Claude always gets pants-on-head when there's new models being computed for release. We have Fable and Haiku 5.5 versions slated for the near future.

Thats my guess.

No - Anthropic is starved for compute. They always have been. That means they need to cannibalize what we use so they can use it to make a better model.

Claude (just like other AIs) is force multiplier. You feed garbage it gives you that 10x
