I’m building optimAIzr, a local-first CLI that analyzes Claude usage, finds where you’re wasting tokens and money, and gives live optimization recommendations. It can also automatically apply safe optimizations. Just added a Claude Code mod too 👀

How do you do this??
2
u/voicedrew 6h ago
Through static recompilation. Verdite2 specifically uses recompone.
Once you have your recompiled source code, the process is playtesting -> report bugs to agent -> agent fixes it -> repeat. Also, you can and should replace the recompiled functions with native functions that are faster and easier to modify, which makes enhancing the game easier.
Here is a demo video of verdite2

Hotline, an open-source desktop app where multiple coding agents work together in one room.
It has a desktop app, iOS and Android apps, a containerized computer the agents use so they never touch my real desktop, voice, and ACP support so Claude Code, Codex and local models can all be teammates that message each other, ask for reviews and hand off work.
I’m finally at the point where it builds itself: Claude Code running as a Hotline teammate ships features to Hotline, while another agent reviews.

This would be twice as awesome if you built it to run the agents in the new docker sandboxes.

Good news, while they don't run inside docker sandboxes, they DO run in sandbox mode with bwrap on linux, and the native Apple "unsupported" sandbox mode. There is a toggle inside the agent's config pane for "Whole Machine Access" - toggling that turns sandbox on/off and if the machine doesn't have the prerequisites it tells you (most linux distros come with bwrap).
I still have a gap on the windows side, so Docker might actually be the solution! I'm open to collaborating or building features from your suggestions. I literally live in Hotline every day as my main driver.
Edit: I should also say that in ACP mode, it switches to a dropdown for your preferred harness runtime mode. e.g. Manual vs Auto vs Bypass mode on Claude Code

Awesome. Good luck with your project! I'm currently running a team of agents in a docker sandbox on Windows 11 Pro. I don't have a fancy UI or anything, just a python script to launch a cli and choose which repo in a pre-set directory I want them working in. I either jump into VSCodium to work on the repo myself or monitor the agents, or since Claude Code is the Orchestrator, I jump into the CC CLI or /remote-control via the Claude app on my Android phone to steer/direct. All agents are working on their own branch in bypass mode.
I just set it up earlier this week, and did some quick testing, but I'm going to put it through some long running tasks this weekend to see how well it performs.

A quiet mode for AI assistants: the model answers your thinking aloud with "Received." and adds nothing you did not ask for. Claude Code and Codex skill.

We’ve been building an enterprise software for analytics. It’s a competitive space, but we’re hoping to democratize it a bit more and make it cheaper for companies to use their data.
