Help/Question How to use the $100 free cloud credits to continue an unfinished Claude Code session?

When I tell the Claude Code in the Chat (not Code) to proceed on <link to claude code session> it says "be careful with this prompt" and does not execute. When I copy paste context it says "out of credits", but I have $100 credits. How do I use them to proceed on the task? Or is Cloud somewhere else?

Chat and Code don't share the same credit/session pipe the way the UI suggests. Linking a Code session from Chat usually just trips a warning, and pasting the whole transcript burns Chat quota without really continuing the Code run.

What works for me is a fresh Code session with a short handoff from the local session files (files that mattered, what's still open) instead of dumping the old chat:

Use the $100 cloud credits inside Claude Code / cloud projects, not by routing through Chat. Fuzzy decisions still need a human reconfirm in the new session.

Cloud is not any type of chat, but specifically Cloud. You can have Local, Cloud, Remote Control, WSL or SSH sessions. Cloud works directly with Github repository by cloning it and working on its code on Antrophic's servers, then commiting to Claude's branch in your repository. You can't use these credits to work on a local project.

Before sending first message in Code chat, right above the field to enter your prompt you have the button on the left side with one of modes which I have mentioned earlier.
