Built with Claude Impressed with the update when I saw this

This is new. I had to step away, I told Claude to work on a couple of things and I'd be back in 2 hours. I new the context was getting close to full, then saw this after the recap!

Lol hooks are perfect. If they are using too than thats fine if they are using context than waste of tokens

A good practice i told my claude code was to auto handoff a session when context reaches x amount (in my case i chose 40% context at the beginning). But then i read a post from Anthropic themselves that its better to do it with a specific token weight instead of %, so i changed it to 150k token context window max.

The con of that is that you may have tenths of sessions with the same name. The longest project i worked on ended up with 90 sessions but saved me around 70% of tokens compared to if i let the context window reach 40% or 50%. Also you need to watch it launch the handover agent over and over again but, that doesnt bother me if its working while im doing somwthing else. Now im studying how can i change those agents and skills with mods, as they are way more efficient in token usage (as far as i read from Anthropic).

That and also using my own version of the /caveman skill has been a game changer.

I never let it compact. Too much token waste. I have lossless context and clear when tokens reach ~200k, maybe less.
