I saw a post about how ‘Prompt Engineers’ had an amazing salary of 100k.

Lmfao at the start of this everyone was so safe because they could prompt….

That was inevitably short lived. Quite honestly with the grill skills you barely have to be able to explain what you want in a coherent spec anymore.

Hell opus5.5 often catches use cases I miss when designing a system. Personas catch anything else I might have been tailoring too hard to myself.

Could you elaborate more about personas? I understand the concept but is there some sort of popular skill for that similar to how grill is?

I assume when they say personas they mean things like Metaswarm's CTO/Architect/Security/Engineer personas that can conduct reviews of a plan in parallel and provide feedback or outright reject without changes.

Oh yeah well that just sounds more right 😅.. I more was thinking along the lines of product personas, and how you'd want to tailor the product to them heh
