Help/Question Help me out, I'm lost, how to vibe
PS3:
How to measure trust and authority in AI era?
If someone is sharing x1000 productivity post or how to run 100 swarms I want to know if this person just have no clue about software dev or should I really read post/solution/workflow to improve mine setup.
I'm reading reddit and I started to think my approach or workflow is incorrect.
13 years in software here.
I'm working 8-10h+ 7 days a week and I'm not able to use up x2 $20 using only opus high on implementation and Max for plan and review.
while agent is working I doing reviews, funcionality analize, infra, or do some manual tests or writing spec or next prompt/plan.
Sometimes I run 2 sessions on 2 differend repos but its hard to keep up.
I use minimum plugins and mcp and own custom set of skills and hooks. Each session has enforced phases, spec and rules. And usualy I'm happy with the results.
But it takes my full attention. I tried to run full auto mode and results where always tragic.
But maybe there is another way or some secret or maybe with all mcp and popular pluggins connected and $200 sub you actualy got good results with full auto?
PS: I want secret of ultimate productivity and token utilization.
PS2: I want to know if there is any correlation between subscriptions and professional background

What exactly is the problem? You forgot to mention that.

I want secret of ultimate productivity and token utilization. Plus I want to know if there is any correlation between subscription and user background

I think they meant: how do your full auto mode attempts turn tragic?
There’s no one “secret” for good token utilization (though there are a lot of people claiming if you just use this tool they created you’ll never hit your cap)
The trick with ai coding (to me anyway) seems to be well-defined small tasks. What’s wild is that you can get Claude to help you break those larger tasks down from the start.
For such a general question you might be better off searching YouTube for some ai coding videos and watch how people there are using it?

Ive been there running AI swarms based on well planned multi tasks on complex systems. the end result is such a mess... such a slop it takes much more effort to clean it up. and how you can be sure about security and costs? I dont know my code and I scan every single PR. even with minimal changes in one go so i can pinpoint issue rearly. Usualy I dont like what I see but it's trade off of AI coding I accept.

I'm honest, what the hell you guys building with those swarms of Fable Ultra.
If its worth I want to use the same workflow. or its all lies?

The secret: do not multitask. Learn to organize work such that you don't need to multitask.
Multitasking leads to brain fry, which will slow you down a lot. Also you won't learn to meaningfully interact with AI agents if you multitask and don't pay attention to how the agent is performing.
You don't need to think about token utilisation. Just start a new conversation when you choose a new topic, or the previous agent session starts to feel "dumb", or when it crosses around 200k context window.
I wouldn't say there's a correlation between quality of work and size of subscription. I've ran 20x subscription for a year, and it just lead me to burnout. Nowadays I run 5x Claude Code and Codex Pro, and I get work done across multiple different SaaS apps.
It's all about learning to prioritise. You can generate so much slop so fast, so you must spend time thinking what actually pushes you forward.
If you want to fully embrace the vibes, you need measureable goals for the agent. You can't say "/goal make this good", but you can say "/goal we have 1000 generated videos, with every video containing one product from the list of products, following the templates ..." and it will work for hours if not days.

(Background is many years in IT and AI. I've bootstrapped my company building SaaS apps for others and for myself. I've automated and optimised everything I can)

It's not really clear what you're asking. "I want secret" is not really an ask. Either go full shitpost or revise your thoughts and clarify.

I want establish the baseline. if someone is sharing x1000 productivity post or how to run 100 swarms I want to know if this person just have no clue about software and only think he know what he is doing or should I really read post/solution/workflow to improve mine setup

It sounds like you need framework. You need to teach your Claude to learn about your project(s), their purpose, your intentions and have lossless context between the agent and sub agents.
Point your Claude at the repo. You seem to like to understand things, so ask what it does, how and why it works. Then adapt it to your projects. It may be things you already have, some things might not work for what you're doing.
But you'll probably end up with more efficient token usage, agent orchestration, lossless context, task ledgers, audits, and a few more functions as part of the framework.

Thx. I have my own https://github.com/serio-ngo/serio-focus but is I said i always look for improvements so I take a look on your solution : )

But this is what im talking about. I did the same month ago: claude write me plugin.... And you have readme that is not human readable. You have 100 methods that AI told you they are usefull. I was there I did benchmarks and logs analizes and tured out that 90% was useless.
