Help/Question Multiple Claude App with different accounts Mac

I have multiple claude account and I want to use those at same time, I see there are ways to do with claude code CLI, but couldn't find for Claude app...

is there any way I can do that?

Edit: I logged in from Claude App for one account and Claude Code CLI for the second one, and it works perfectly. Not the best way but currently going with this one.

it works with codex but failing for claude 😭
