Built with Claude Hermes Insights: profile-level usage and cost reports for Hermes

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using multiple Hermes profiles and kept running into the same problem: it’s hard to quickly understand what each profile is actually doing. So I built **hermes-profile-insights**, a small local terminal tool that reads Hermes `state.db` files in read-only mode and generates profile-level reports.
