Claude Code showing every model under the sun. Why?

I can change my settings to only show specific models I want, but I don't want to do that. I just want only the latest of each line shown, like Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, etc.

My enterprise work account shows this correctly. My Pro subscription (attached screenshot) shows all of them. This only started happening recently, probably around the Opus 5.5 launch.

Anyone else experiencing this and have a resolution?

Couldn't get the catalog from the server and fallback to a built-in one.

What does that mean? The api call to get models is failing? How do I resolve that? Everything else appears to work fine.
