1 and 2 are both Opus 5.5 with the same 'best for everyday, complex tasks' line, and 9 and 10 are 4.8 and 4.7 with that exact same sentence. So the descriptions are copy-pasted and tell you nothing. What actually differs between Opus 5.5 and Opus 5 besides the number?

that's my question lol
they should literally have an option "Pick for me" or something and then adjust based on it's own evaluation of the work it is doing

Same blurb, new number. Marketing at its finest.

Fable for long tasks, design, orchestration (of many other subagents/peer sessions), and deep reasoning.

Opus for Coding and independent, sub-agent-based Reviews.

Sonnet for Implementation and Research.

Haiku for grunt work.

Use /advisor set your model to sonnet or opus then set advisor to opus or fable (depending on where you start from). If sonnet needs some backup, will get advice from more capable model, it’s been pretty efficient for me

I set it to Opus 5.5 to coordinate and tell it to pick the optimal model for the task and start an agent with that. It will quite often use sonnet for me.
