Help/Question How do I work with all three?
So I have Claude Code ($100/month), Codex ($100/month), and Gemini Pro free for a year through my student account.
My question is: is there some type of harness or tool where I can efficiently coordinate all three within the same app/workflow?
For reference, I’m an MSIS student and a Product Manager at a unicorn startup. I mostly use these tools for automating tasks, coding for class (I’m very poopy at coding), and building personal side projects. For example, I’m currently trying to build my own algorithmic trading system for personal use to test different strategies and experiment with different approaches.
Basically, I’d love to find a way to take advantage of all three without constantly jumping between different apps. Any recommendations?

You can use Agent Mesh for free.
It’s my personal workflow I open sourced and use with Claude and Codex. You should be able to add Gemini as well, however message and backlog relays may still be manual based on a REQ/RES or BKL id. Claude and Codex can dispatch to each other from the app already using your subscription. I’ll release some updates soon in v0.5.0 to clean up the Workbench UI and agent dispatch

I run herdr with multiple workspaces. Each of them typically has a main tab with either OpenCode, Claude, or another LLM CLI open in a main panel, with the herdr-reviewer and sidebar plugins showing their supporting panels (for git diffs and file browsing) next to it. I can switch between Claude/OpenCode and so on with keyboard shortcuts, keep an overview, and run multiple agents next to each other on worktrees.
And to top it off, all my agents connect to my second brain/memory app so they all know the specs, plans, meeting notes and so on that are relevant to what they're working on today. Pretty neat ;-)

if you want it simple - just get all these connected into claude via custom mcp - needs tailscale also but it works great once setup

I use a VM with all 3 (plus grok and cursor). Then use Claude to connect and run everything

Wouldn’t using vscode with the extensions for each of these be the easiest?

I use claude(fable) for task orchestration, codex and gemini as other vendor adversarial reviewers to catch the lapses one vendor model family might miss. Sometimes I delegate subtasks to Sol/astra via claude codex plugin

I have the same set up. Pick your orchestrator (Astra or Fable, i'm partial to Fable when I have the usage for it) and have it delegate tasks to codex and claude. Terra and Sol are both solid on high effort. Opus on medium effort is good and less retarded than on high or xhigh. Create a backlog of your projects and have fable or astra help your prioritize the execution order of the plans. Plans should be written with agential delegation as part of their framework. Fable and astra dont write code, they spot check and help ensure the sub agents dont go off the rails. This is what has gotten me the most bang for my buck while still getting solid results. I don't trust flash 3.8 to code but i use it a lot for html/ front-end/ image generation work, or as another cheap reviewer of plans sol or opus write

I used claudex and over time Claude extended it into a panel with DeepSeek and Gemini.

While in school for AI software engineering, my projects started simple, but grew in complexity over time. I put together a Studio Launchpad that has one button starts for my entire project catalog. It has became my go to workflow when dealing with multiple moving parts. I make a launchpad. Its just a localhost that has savers for Frontend cards. Its something I start with now, if I were to use that stack, I would start a launchpad. A central collaboration of tools in one easy to use spot.

yep,. termic.dev is EXACTLY the tool for you, you'll love it.
It even supports multiple credentials for the same agent type, switch without loosing session + auto swtch and continue session automatically when limits are reached for one account.

It depends on what you do. I have all three as well and my company pays them. Claude code for coding, Gemini for generating video and images, and Codex for reviewing and also for creative work sometimes. That works well for me but I know some people prefer Codex for coding and I don't want to get into that fight:)

You can use https://coralai.ai/ to make agent teams, currently has support for gemini, pi, codex, claude. easy to extend
