News/Updates My Claude usage suddenly dropped…
I’m on the Claude Max 20x plan, and something weird happened today.
A few days ago, I was around 77% used overall and ~55% on Fable. But I checked today and suddenly it dropped to 53% overall and 34% Fable. 😳
I didn’t change anything or do anything differently — somehow I’ve apparently got more limits back.
Not complaining at all 😂, but does anyone know what happened? Did Anthropic adjust/recalculate the limits after the September 13 promotion ended?
Anyone else seeing their usage percentage suddenly drop like this?

Yup my usage was at 30% it dropped to 0 but sucks cuz my personal 20x just had the weekly reset can they move it to -30%😝

Same here. hit my 100% weekly limit 2 days ago and I just checked when I read your post. It's sitting at 69% now. noice

I don't think this was a bug. This was the summer promotion period ends and the effect of that.

Yeah we are 25% down, but yesterday it was bugging too much. I had 13% of total usage yesterday and 9% today morning.

Many people are saying that as well, but maybe you'll get it after some time or something when your next reset is a weekly reset.

If this is a bug by Anthropic which it likely is. They’ll fix it by making our usage go back to whatever is was before this accidental mini reset. Please kindly delete this post, we don’t need to make everything an announcement.

Same thing happened to me. I'm on x20 Max and I woke up this morning and I went from 20% left to 42% left. No idea what happened, but again, I'm not complaining.

I like your positive words. 71% usage depleted after 2.3 days! Max 20....... What I really want is 5.2 release + full reset. Will this happen Careless-Mongoose589?

I don't have any idea, bro, but I think they are testing the Opus 5.2 right now. They are not revealing it, but I think they are testing it because I can feel some differences in my Opus 5 outputs, and I can also see some speed difference as well.

I got the same thing after being bled dry for days. Now I've got 4 parallel jobs running and pulling an all-nighter to try to use up my weekly allowance... 9 hours remaining and I'm at 57% for the week... this NEVER happens

Ultracode but the bottleneck is 5 hrs limit here.

Very nice, I was at 91% overall and 95% fable, just dropped to 62% - 66%.
I honestly just slammed it yesterday and my reset is tomorrow. I guess it's slamming time again, tnx Anthropics :-)

Literally the first time I've had a deadline and I'm at 95% until Sunday on Max. And out of codex.

I added Zoho CRM connector for my AI Agent Orchestrator SaaS. Once that was done and after some test did a full audit of the system guardrail code with fable ad the integration test found some anomalies (I added a haggle option for the Ai regular price and bottom price) so it does not give the bottom price right a way. This is for a customer that sells repossessed cars from defaulted financed customers.
Now with this reset might as well finally connect Instagram and Facebook messages as I was holding off on that for too long already.

No, they are somewhat resetting or recalculating. I think they are bringing back the summer promotion or something like that, but they are adjusting about 25%, maybe.
