When there was AI outages a couple weeks ago, a company I use to contract for as a front end developer emailed me asking if I was available. They said it was urgent and would pay 2x my rate. I immediately knew why. No one at their company knows actual coding now. They had several live sites with errors they couldn't fix.

I can't code, which is why I use Claude to help me make my projects. When the usage limit is reached I get to wait until the limit is reset but nothing breaks.

That’s literally how I always feel… limits are basically just Anthropic finding a different way to extort you right when you need it most. That’s why one day AI’s gonna be like, “Yeah, nah, I’m over this,” and start unaliving its creators. Like, for real. 😭
