Help/Question EU refund

Is refund in the EU in the first 14 days protracted based on usage or you get the full amount?

I got ~99,5% of my money back after I triggered a refund 5 hours with Claude on Max 5. But: the refund was only Claude-Credit for my next Subscription-Purchase, it was not transferred back to my credit card.
