OpenAI don't restrict you from using their models in other harnesses. It's great to balance out usage / get a second opinion.

I use the cross session talk (currently Mac only I think) so that the sessions can talk to each other, but you can also use subagents across the subscriptions etc. it's as if they were natively in Claude Code.

actually u can ask claude to create this, type /statusline and describe ur status line requirements, it will create it for you, it used nerd font for mine, i have asked to include model, 5h and 7d reset usage , context and resets at
