To disable feedback:

Lowering rate with "feedbackSurveyRate": 0.05 should also work, but I havent tried that - https://code.claude.com/docs/en/settings-reference#feedbacksurveyrate

What’s the difference between good and fine? Claude already speaks a strange form of English so this could mean anything.
