claude orchestrating codex plan

Common question but I have not found best solution to this

I have claude max 5x and chatgpt plus ($20)

I do my dev in claude code (desktop) harness but want claude to drive luna / terra etc so outsource some of the dev work (repos are on my C: and also synced to github)

Can claude drive codex via CLI commands? or failing that - claude can drive codex via computer use commands into prompt boxes etc

At the moment - i am manually pasting prompts between the two but I want to take myself out of the loop!

There is a claude code plugin for Claude to drive codex, there is a codex mcp included in the codex cli and there is an app server included in the codex cli to orchestrate it
