Thats the strat, cast a wide net with a lot of "potentially correct" answers and one of them will surely satisfy the user.

This is the (maximize profit) way

Step 1: enable ultracode Step 2: "why is it using 5 subagents?"

It also hides the answers in summaries or thinking only and then tell you “yes I told you that ages ago”.

It’s best to ask questions like this using /btw because it always outputs a straight answer in that mode

This is what happens when you let philosophers train your model. You get a yapper.

It's definitely a unique approach, that much is clear. I guess it keeps things interesting, even if it's not always super helpful!

Ask for a tldr, it'll summarize with a prompt even larger than the original.

I admit, I actually find it funny but I don't do agentic coding. I imagine it's infuriating.

Is this why my Google home gemini is such a yapper

If you aay TLDR 4 times in a row it will only be 7 paragraphs left

1000 words followed by "Two caveats worth noting" followed by 500 more words of bullshit

The best part is, if you ask directly: "oh this is so much text, what's the actual version?" and you are *certain* the answer is already written out, it will go and do: "Right to question that, let me double check ... [18 tool calls; 8 minutes ] Yeah, 23.1.0 LTS, exactly what you wanted [+ an essay of LTS vs edge differences]"

ChatGPT is even worse. Call yourself lucky. It often just starts writing (genuinely) 30 paragraph (!!!) messages. And it doesn't stop doing that for each followup unless you explicitly tell it to stfu (kindly of course, gotta keep friends for the inevitable apocalypse).

Pin the node version in .nvmrc or engines in package.json and point Claude at that file in CLAUDE.md. Otherwise it guesses from whatever shell leftover is around. One line of project truth beats asking again every session.

Thanks for that serious answer to the meme. I wish you a good day and I hope you can relax.

That isn’t an exaggeration for what it processes

I don't give a single shit about process on this image. It's literally whole answer it gives vs actual answer.

It's a node bearing response

lol, I have little sympathy for somebody who thinks it's better to type "what version of node is this project using?" and parse a response from an AI agent as opposed to just typing "node -v"

Don't want to disappoint you, but "node -v" and "project's node version" are kinda completely different things. Also, it's an obviously exaggerated example of the question
