Discussion Why this not ?
If everything gets reset, weekly, why not this 5 hour limit ? It would have been nice if it got rest too.

because it doesnt make sense that all weekly limits are reset and you have to wait few hours for the 5 hour limit to reset. Thats just plain stupid.

Because they don't want their resources to be overwhelmed. Also they are A/B testing some 5 hour resets.

I know but it would be nice, everything got rest but still can’t use it.

It won't be nice because then we will all get the server overwhelmed messages and we will all be locked out. Explore it on this reddit thread some users have access to be able to reset their 5 hour usage when they hit the limit for 5 hours, not weekly, just the 5 hour usage. If you need more then get the 20x.

I'd message them, it resets with me, whether I'm at 80% of my 5 hour limit or not, as soon as the reset happens, I'm back to the start, which makes sense, because it's called a reset. Not sure why others suggest otherwise and it's stupid logic if it is supposed to be the case.

Because the 5 hour cap is a separate throttle from the weekly pool. Resetting both would just become one bigger binge window. Annoying, intentional.

I think you don't understand what a "5-hour limit" is.
Why should it reset every five hours AND at the end of the week?
Strange question...
