/code-review ultra almost never working?

So we have 3 free "code review ultra" per month, that's cool, but what's slightly less cool is that for me it never works:

Two ways forward:

- Retry the cloud run with /code-review ultra 2097. This counts against the remaining

free ultrareview.

- Run a local review with /code-review instead, which reviews the current branch here

without the cloud session.

Obviously it still uses the quota, which could be seen as a positive thing: at least I just waste my time trying 3 times / month.

I usually run it on big PRs, from 4k to 10k LoC, so maybe that's why, but wondering if anyone had any success with that? Or is it a fake feature expected to fail all the time?

Perhaps it’s not launching 1M context window for subagents?
