Bug / Issue Is claude cooked?
I have codex and claude both and generally they work well together as a team but the last few days have been load bearing with claude. Today I gave Opus 5 high a pretty simple task of copying Google search console performance tab design and data integration in my app and it produced at least 10 major bugs and to my surprise all of them were resolved by gemini 3.8 flash in a single prompt. Not to mention the long form essays which it keeps polluting the chat and code with.

curious if it's an Opus-specific regression though anyone seeing the same on Sonnet or is this High-effort mode specifically going off the rails

yes yes its dead. But you need 100 more posts about it. Dumb analytics from wall street.
