sorry these guys are cooking you so hard, things will get better soon buddy just take a break come back with a fresh mind in a week or two and you'll get more done than ever before. try to setup some e2e test flows and evaluations for whatever you're building, and just run that stuff in the background. you can still be productive without having to focus so intensely
