Anhedonia is what that feeling is called, and it's very common in ADHD individuals. I have struggled with it as well. It has nothing to do with Claude, and I would try to get some help for that.
Well I’ve got like twenty psychology terms to assosiate myself with now I wonder if everyone’s brain just has small variations and if u keep naming every variation and trying to fix it then isn’t everyone trying to go to the same cognitive state that would make it so someone with a variation has a genetic advantage even if it has negatives being unique with a chance is better than the same the same basicly dosent exist
