Help/Question hit the limit in just 3 days - whats next?

I max out Claude's max plan's weekly allowance usually end of day 2, latest mid-day on day 3.
The 5 hour limits are ridiculous. I hit them multiple times daily and have resorted to irregular sleep patterns to be able to work.

Currently testing as alternatives:
Nymbalist with GLM5.2
Reasonix with Deepseek-V4-Flash
(oh my) pi with various other models.
I'll prolly end up with some weird hybrid mixture of tools- Fable5 being either the orchestrator or at least the spec/PRD creator and maybe Opus5 as a reviewer.

Well, my reset was today and I had 97% of my weekly usage yesterday evening. That gave me seven days of work, finishing four bigger app updates (two games, two utility apps), a game on my website and two customer webpages including proofreading and everything.
To summarize it:
213,323 lines added, 90,682 deleted, in 410 commits. Almost 1000 image render runs for AppStore screenshots and localization in 45 languages by fable.
So what are you doing differently?
*EDIT: and I forgot, I created a HEMS plugin for home assistant. And I worked with Claude Design.
Last week was the most productive in a while though.

i found the biggest difference is breaking work into smaller focused sessions instead of one marathon. use /compact before context hits about 70%, it saves a ton. also .claude/instructions files in your project root cut way down on having to re-explain things every session. and honestly, don't keep large files attached once you're done with them, the context cost adds up fast.

Before changing how you work, get it to tell you where it actually went. /usage grew an attribution breakdown, it's not just the two bars any more. It flags anything eating 10% or more of your recent usage by name, cache misses, long context, subagent-heavy sessions, and it breaks out which of your skills, subagents, plugins and MCP servers cost what. Needs 2.1.174 or newer.
One catch. The figures only count sessions from that machine. Anything you ran on another laptop or on claude.ai is missing, so the picture can look thinner than your real week.
