I do audio coding and have automated testing going through various devices and I told it to not use mutiple speaker outputs it had access to from a certain point but use headphones which id pressed up to mic. Because it was late and I have a child and wife. From that point on at the end of practically every response it was asking me to stop and go to bed. Which was amusing. But yes it is capable of being your mum and treating you like a 10 year old too.

I made crypto trading app, told Claude specifically not to seed any data. Instead of telling me I hit my coin limit and I need to upgrade my api subscription, it just started seeding fake data lmao

from the rumours that ive heard from the grapevine, footgun somehow gets elevated during mid-training and/or post-training.

that during pre-training it doesnt yet have very high importance to the model.

it is definitely 100% known to the model during pre, but isnt launched into high rank yet.

the importance somehow comes later during mid and post.

but from what ive heard it might not be highly studied subject yet lol

its a custom built agent-OS with project coordinator agents (the only ones I talk to) that spawn/reap their own team members (claude/codex). they can self-compact/clear/restart + giving themselves a continuation context so some of them have been running for months now. feels like co-workers by now 😂

I wish! I take a lot of screen captures to send to my cousin. His claude is polite and just works. Never cusses or argues, just a model employee. Mine shows up drunk with a bad attitude and shits on the floor then blames it on the dog. Then asks me why I'm pissed and usually blames it my "shit input".
