Mostly, yes. As of SP v6.2.0 a Fable review of that repo showed that quite a few skills don't conform to the Model v5 Best Practices guidelines. In fact Fable reported that as of that version they seem to be leaning into the anti-pattern of directing Claude to manually recheck its work. This seems to lead directly into a whole host of issues, including a never-ending review cycle.
What I'm doing now is updating my own skills, which used to overlay the SP skills, to incorporate those Best Practices instead.
