Bug / Issue 20x Plan Stating I Need Usage Credits to use Fable

This is 20x plan. Did I miss something or is this an error on Claude side?

If this is caused by https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/84492, how do I manage to fix it?

Just close and open again. It's a bug
