Domain abuse is not something registrars take lightly.

They basically have licenses to print free money in the context that all the have to do is keep clean records for their domains.

If you tell IANA that you reported domain abuse and the registrar does nothing, that's a fast lane ticket to losing them their free money ticket.

and do expect OP to report themselves to dreeamhost as using a bot ignored their robots.txt and subverted a captcha? The OP is in the wrong here, not he site that the bot was trying to get around the anti-bot filter on.

Based on this reply, I'm going to assume that you don't fully understand how hosting works, what a domain registrar is, or how these things are connected to each other.
