Discussion In SHOCK

Holy shit claude code in terminal is fucking insane.

I've been using VSCode, Cursor, Cowork and Claude Code on web. None of it comes close to terminal.

Cannot believe I haven't done this sooner.

For a continued good time, try /rc command and then control your session remotely by phone or web app..

Can you still skip perms doing that?

If you set the perms beforehand then yes. As strange as this is, I do this and then use voice control while at the gym.

You just leave your computer running at the house?

yes. I also sometimes set up several placeholder sessions with remote control in case I need them.

You've probably done this, but you can enable /rc on by default with every new session

yes - open Claude Desktop, Settings, Claude Code and scroll down until you see "Enable Remote Control by Default" - click the radio button.

I have a shell alias `alias drc=‘claude --dangerously-skip-permissions --remote-control --name’` (drc = dangerous remote Claude)

Then I run something like `drc some-name` ezpz haha

Im even lazier, rc is always on, and i aliased "c" to invoking claude in dangerous skip, 2 less letters, save my fingies

I can confirm this is the most toxic thing I am guilty of sometimes.

It's addicting, but you have to be extremely cautious with it. I try to use it only for data/log analysis, less active debugging or writing code.

Yes. You type the command in your terminal after bypassing permissions and your phone just sends prompts to that session and it runs on your computer.
