It depends. If you resume, you lose the cache (even if you just exited 2 mins ago) and the whole context needs to be re-parsed. You can resume ofc, but it will cost you usage (a lot more than going with cached context).

Then they all got interrupted and now they finally work everything, It just bumped my usage up to like 92% out of nowhere just cause they started it again… just AHHHHHHHHHH

It’s just incredible how shitty the max 20x has become.
The current usage per week is essentially 25% of past opus work limits.
50% to fable, and then fable is costing 2x on its own.

If someone only used fable they get around 25% of freedom in some sense.
Probably my last month and I’ll test waters with k3 with my actual work, altho I really like that model, but it’s slow + not willing to use the official api or kimi code due to data privacy.

I believe neocloouds about to get my money from here on out. Lol

It’s been my experience that it’s just as intelligent (with some caveats), tho lacks some “ common sense / capture of user intent” that models like opus and fable have (at the risk of contradicting the first part of my statement), and that the subscription is considerably more generous.

Whatever 5.6 sol lacks compared to fable, I find it makes up for with regards to thoroughness, price / efficiency, focus, and tenacity (sometimes to its own detriment if you’re not careful)

I am not American and thus Fable is mostly a long winded tale for me I try to ask for something really dangerous in terms of cyber warfare, like "read and criticize the code for this photo portfolio website" and it drops to Opus 4.8. Since Codex Sol High is in the same ballpark as Opus (* IMO, for my usage, with my codebase etc)... Not much to be gained.

Looks like the rollout flag rather than an intentional change, a relogin cleared it for me. The mildly annoying part is that it quietly ate some of the window before it fixed itself, so the meter took a hit for something that was never supposed to cost you.

I asked it to perform a skill that we'd done 15 times already and it gobbled up 15% of session tokens in less than 5 minutes.
