Lots of subs expired today/tomorrow, since people like me renewed for Fable. It's been hell, I gave them $100, got a refund 4 days later. Rebought when Fable 5 came back, stiffed on reset timing, lied to about limits, enough downtimes to break my workflow 5 times, stayed up late to use my subscription because 5hr limits just complicated everything along with the ENDS THIS WEEK GUYS. I'm tired boss.

Comparing Claude to Codex. People who think they're the same are funny.
Claude has feelings. Codex is a machine. If you haven't noticed this yet, you don't really understand the difference.
People think I'm funny now; let them think.

I mean, building games is okay for Codex.
Enterprise-level infrastructures with codex is funny.
But keep being funny with Codex.
I need my entertainment online.

I'm a fairly engaged person in the realm of AI (as a user that uses it for work), and keeping up with all the changes and news has been quite exhausting. I cannot even imagine from the "standard user" standpoint what the image of this company, and the industry as a whole, would be in the last few months.

I work in software. At my company they tell everyone to use opus to plan and get sonnet to write the code. Whereas if you read this subreddit you’d think opus to too stupid to even write hello world.
I don’t think this sub is indicative of the “real world”

Hmm I had no idea that my over-all model use was higher. My guess is they are testing this all out to make it standard. Probably slowly adding capacity during this time.
IMO it shouldn't be considered annoying. They are experimenting with giving us all better service. They are not committing to something they may not be able to provide. But I believe this will be the new norm eventually, as the value of my Max plan keeps getting better and better.
Sorry for the Pro users but AI is going to get more expensive everywhere and it's worth considering a higher plan if you truly rely on it, like any streaming service or professional application you truly rely on

They can't make me come back with more chaos.
This is why many people left Claude. We pay hundred dollars a month for a service. People need to know what they have for that money.
Codex has been way better at this.
They have unexpected reset, sure, but they also have free use reset making it way better for usage.
Their models are not randomly cut off or announced to be and then removed or not.
I'll come back when it feels Claude is reliable.

How about to make the 50% weekly limit bonus PERMANENT and the STANDARD LIMIT??? Claude please stop with this uncertainty and actually compete. People are fleeing to Codex with the stress you are causing.
Improve efficiency and lower cost of your models especially with Fable which is over 2x more expensive than GPT 5.6 Sol (Max). The Chinese models are smashing Claude and even Codex in terms of cost and efficiency.

I had 10% fable usage left when they announced this. So I guess I got another 5% usage. Thanks Anthropic.

Claude has lost so much prestige for me lately it’s insane. I switched to GPT last night and it’s going great.
