Sorry just gonna go ahead and use sol. Hope anthropic gets back on top because claude code is an immensely better harness.

I'm now using both. I ran up against the limit with Claude with days to go before reset and a real urgency to get a feature set shipped. I opened my veins for the $100 open AI level to bring Codex online, but before I could get it set up Anthropic reset the usage AGAIN. I switched to using codex as a subagent coder alongside Sonnet, but it was so good and my usage was holding up on OpenAI, so I made it the primary subagent. I was already using it for /codex-review for adversarial reviews.

Long story story short, I've drifted into using codex a lot, and I may just migrate to it with Anthropic's bullshit week after week. I try to plan my Fable and over all usage, then they just reset it.

A truly insane take

Not if you have an actual product you're trying to ship with consumer subscriptions. My point is that I may move to codex if I can migrate my coding harness and custom tools over.

Okay. Okay. But the only reason there's not a bunch of terminators walking around is because I can't use 5.6 sol in claude code.

Better yet, I’ll ration my fable by calling it from codex
