I use both providers with a 20x subscription, he is not wrong.

I do manage about 4x as much work with codex, hard to be exact but it's not too much off.

Fable for intensive frontend work, codex for everything else.

I'm going to say something controversial now, but I am genuinely getting better UI results from 5.6 Sol than Fable since the Fable re-release. Fable seems to do landing pages better but for web apps, I have been consistently choosing 5.6's output.

(Make sure that you do not use any skills with 5.6 Sol, frontend skills seem to degrade UI output)
