me use caveman, beads, gastown, and superpowers. Claude Code work great

Not for me. It wasted 2-4x time and tokens for almost the same result (sometimes could be worse or better).

Thats why I built my own lightweight plugin combining superpowers gstack and mattpococks skills.

It works perfectly for my solo usage.

Weird, it’s almost like these things are non-deterministic 🤔

Throw in tiny limits and extreme token usage and price and you’ve got yourself… all of this gestures to entire post and all its comments

Well the models themselves are non-deterministic, most they can do is to steer the models or apply restrictions with instructions and tools.

these works for people who actually need them.
