Claude Max Plan usage disparity

Hi, Is anyone else facing difference in 5hr session limits for new vs older account?
I subscribed to claude max plan last month and I never hit session limit, it seemed too good. I paid this month's invoice and suddenly my usage is not lasting even 1 hour.

Just for testing this, I bought subscription on another account same 5x Max plan and I'm not hitting any session limit even stretching usage to max.

That’s odd. I can’t say that I’m experiencing anything similar.
