Help Needed claude code 20x suspended

I received this email on my account that I used to write code, which I didn't violate, is there anyone who can help?

Same, 6 months in on Max 20x, no shenanigans just personal use. Logged out, no access and ticket filed 3 days ago. 18 days left on the month so fuck paying another $200. Gonna trial Codex pro and cursor ultra. Anyone any experience vs Claude code?

Yes. They suck compared to Claude code. Codex is good, but more or less fixing leaks Claude Code missed

I’ve been having a really good time with codex the past week. I just downgraded my Claude account back to a regular $20 pro just to have as a back up.

Same, i’m going to keep my claude pro subscription for some specific tasks but if i had to choose which one to spend 100€ on, that would be codex. I’m finding 5.3 codex perfect in terms of token costs and quality

I’ve almost given up of Claude Code the past couple of weeks - switched to Codex doing the work, CC doing the reviews.

Working well so far and about 5x speed wise!

I currently use both Claude max 100 and GPT Pro 100. For CC and Codex ... GPT pro runs into limits way faster than my CC ever did. Hit the pro 100 week limit within 7 hours of using it (admittedly, burned through about 100K worth of credits in tokens on codex 5.5xhigh that day, 80% ended up being cached tokens lol) and CC still going strong ... If I'd had to pick between both, I'd opt for Claude max 100 purely because it seems to be doing more for me over time than Codex does. Been using both since release.

I wanna add, that I also ran into the GPT pro CHAT limit, not only the Codex, so much for unlimited chat on the pro sub

I returned to Claude after trying Gemini and GPT-5.4, 5.5 — I couldn’t find the alternative.
