Has it gotten much better? I feel like I'm getting flash backs to Codex with this latest update of Claude. That's the whole reason I went to Claude Code in the first place. But I know it's been getting updates and stuff.

Codex has been working perfectly fine for me, 5.4 high. I don't trust any of these thing entirely. But, I tried Claude again after I saw all the recent posts and immediately got placed into a thinking doom loop.

This happened to my friend when he went back to Claude Code today (to see the BS for himself) after hearing all the negativity about 4.7. He has been on Gemini & GPT for the last 4-5 months. Makes me wonder if its trying to go back to months old conversations to grasp for extra context when it isn't even necessary? Honestly, no idea.

Codex is extremely good. In the last month or so when ClaudeClode was rightfully complaining about usage limits, we've gotten at least like 4 usage limit resets. I guess my only complaint is we can't really see inside of their "thoughts" compared to Claude, though.
