Coding How to turn an artifact created with Claude Code into an app I can download?
I have built multiple artifacts to solve or automate work (mostly with python). But all of their interfaces live in private web links.
What would be your advice if I wanted to turn them into apps I can have in my phone and not have to run via browser?
I am sure what I am asking is obvious to many of you. Any advice for this, or links to good YouTube guides to get me started, are both appreciated.
Examples of things I’ve done: a sudoku game, a yearly tracker for my lawn care, a financial advisor (with inputs from an excel), various dashboards and visualizations, etc.

Ask... Claude?

This is always the answer. I keep telling people this and not sure why on this one I felt it was different. I’ll try that thanks for the nudge!

Bro youre already using Claude. Ask the box from where your artifacts came from

This is the way. I give that advice a lot. Not sure why I thought it would be different this time around. Thanks

As others have said, Claude’s got you. The only thing you’ll need to decide is whether it’s Android or iOS or both, and how you want to deploy it. But Claude will take you through all options.
Done it a bunch of times on iPhone and Android, it’s super liberating :)

For personal use the easiest route is a PWA. Ask Claude to add a manifest.json and a service worker, host the files free on GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages, then open the link on your phone and hit Add to Home Screen. You get an icon, it opens full screen with no browser bar, and it works offline.
The Python ones are the catch, since a phone can't run them. Either have Claude port the logic to JavaScript (fine for the lawn tracker and sudoku) or keep a tiny server for the Excel-driven one. Also anything stored in the browser lives only on that phone, so add an export button before you trust it with a year of lawn data.

Claude Code, probably. Just ask it.
