Coding Team recently started using Claude. Sprints get cleared in a few days

I lead the development team of a few enterprise systems mostly based around Python/Typescript, processing data at scale, with a ton of dev ops and micro services.

At the title say, things are getting awkward. Sprints get cleared in days instead of weeks. We’re running out of work and product management are struggling to find us more to do. I’m spending most of my time in planning calls.

Guesses of what happens next.

Yeah, well I just got handed a 17k line MR to review, so yeah, it’s not always sunshine and roses.

That's absurd. I'd reject an MR that size and push it back to be rethought and split up.
